The actual address of an AirBnB is kept secret until you book. That makes enforcement of laws that govern short-term rentals difficult. So a new industry of “AirBnB police” companies has emerged to figure out the addresses of AirBnBs. They do it by using Google Maps, Zillow, White Pages, Facebook and other online resources to find the addresses, which they then sell to local governments.
