In your recent article you say "That “home address” is what determines which state’s employment laws apply". That is not true. The prevailing laws that generally apply for anyone other than on a short trip are those of the country where the employee works. FedEE
That’s only true if one establishes residency or if one’s work involves the country you’re in. Otherwise, you’re there on vacation, as far as the local country is involved.
